How to create a profile?
Download and install the Taxistars app. To start using the app, please log in using your Facebook or Gmail account. In this case your Taxistars account is automatically generated and you will receive an email with additional password for your Taxistars account.
You can also register directly for a Taxistars account. You will need to fill in your mail, first and last name, and a password.
How to update the profile information?
Launch the Menu from the symbol in the upper left corner and choose Options, then Profile. You have 3 tabs - About me, Language and Password.
At the About me tab you can change your phone number or change your profile picture.
At the Language tab you can change the language that the app is using.
At the Password tab you can change your password.
How to change my password?
Launch the Menu from the symbol in the upper left corner and choose Options, then Profile, then the Password tab.
Enter the old password, then fill in your new password and confirm it one more time. Press the SAVE button.
What to do when I have forgotten my password?
You can request recovering of your access to the Taxistars account.
Choose ANOTHER LOGIN METHOD, then login with TAXISTARS ACCOUNT, then press the FORGOT PASSWORD button. Fill in your email and press the RESET PASSWORD button.
You will receive an email with the new password, which you can change later.
Why is my account blocked?
Your account may be blocked either for suspicious behavior in the app or for other security reasons.

Why can’t I register with my phone number or email?
If you register for the first time and you get a message that your phone number or email is already used, then you can contact us at +359 875 308 190 or write us at service@taxistars.net.
Why can’t I get emails from Taxistars?
Please check your email folder for blocked messages, spam or junk to make sure our emails are not automatically put there.
If you still do not find the emails, please contact us at +359 875 308 190 or write us at service@taxistars.net to resolve the issue.

All accounts in the Taxistars platform are protected using state-of-the-art technology.
